These terms of service govern the use of the app "Elvare Habits" (hereinafter referred to as "the app"). By downloading and using the app, you agree to these terms.
Elvare Habits is an app designed to help users develop and maintain positive habits. The app offers features such as habit tracking, personalized challenges, skill development, and AI-powered coaching.
The use of certain features may require registration. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under their account.

All content, designs, logos, and other materials within the app are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed separately.
The app offers a premium subscription ("Elvare Pro") with additional features. Purchases are processed exclusively via Google Play Billing (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We do not process payment details ourselves.

Current prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary depending on region and tax laws. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
New subscribers receive a free 7-day trial period. During the trial you have full access to all Elvare Pro features. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription is automatically activated and the fee is charged. The trial can be cancelled at any time via your Google Play / App Store account settings.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage the subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time in your device's account settings:
The subscription can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is done via the platform settings (Google Play / App Store). Access to Pro features remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current billing period are excluded, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Consumers within the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Art. 246a §1 EGBGB). By starting to use the paid content immediately after purchase (e.g. by activating premium features during the trial), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB, provided you have expressly consented to this when purchasing and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal declarations should nevertheless be sent to: info@elvare-habits.com. Please state your account email address and the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices for future billing periods. Existing subscribers are notified of the change at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel the subscription; otherwise the changed price applies from the next billing period.
The app is provided "as is". We assume no liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, especially in cases of violation of these terms.
